Kargil, August 6: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, right now attended the Minority Loan Scheme Awareness Camp cum Loan Mela held at Syed Mehdi Memorial Hall, Kargil.
